PROBLEMS ORDERING FROM CAFEPRESS

If you're having a problem placing an order with CafePress, you can write to us at orders@androzani.com with the details of what you want to order and your shipping address. We'll send you an invoice for payment with PayPal and place the order with CafePress for you.

BILLING

For t-shirts purchased from us directly, rather than via CafePress, all payments are processed via PayPal, a free and secure payment service. You can choose to pay in either US dollars or UK pounds. You no longer have to be a PayPal member to make a Paypal payment. Our email confirming that your order has been dispatched is your receipt. SHIPPING

For products purchased via CafePress, click here to view shipping rates.

For t-shirts purchased from us directly, airmail shipping to anywhere in the world is free. We can ship to virtually anywhere in the world. Approximate delivery times are as follows:

New Zealand: 1-2 business days
Australia: 3-6 business days
South Pacific: 3-8 business days
North America and East Asia: 4-10 business days
UK/Europe/rest of world: 6-12 business days

T-shirts are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment providing the item is in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will email you to notify you of the expected dispatch date. You may cancel your order at any time prior to the dispatch of the order and payment will be refunded.

TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES

For customers outside New Zealand, any import duties or taxes levied once the product reaches your country are borne by you.

New Zealand customers: t-shirt prices and shipping costs include Goods and Service Tax (GST) of 12.5%.

GUARANTEE

The quality of our t-shirts is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with any item purchased from us, you may return any item, in an unworn condition, within thirty days of receipt for your choice of an exchange or a full refund. Please note that unless the item is faulty we cannot refund shipping costs.

RETURNS

Goods purchased from CafePress may be returned directly to them for a refund. Goods purchased directly from us may be returned in an unworn condition within thirty days of receipt to:
